Eligibility:
This contest is open to legal residents of the United States, Canada, and France who are 18 years old or above and are of the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of LLBA Professional, and their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children, and their spouses, regardless of where they reside), and those living in the same household of each (whether or not related), are not eligible to enter or win. Proof of residency and age may be required.

Entry Period:
The contest begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on July 1, 2024, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on July 31, 2024. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be accepted or eligible for entry.
How to Enter:
To enter the contest, follow LLBA Professional on Instagram, and sign up for our newsletter. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase does not increase the chances of winning. Void where prohibited. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, corrupted, or unintelligible for any reason, including, but not limited to, computer or network malfunction or congestion, are void and will not be accepted. In case of a dispute as to the owner of an entry, the authorized account holder of the Instagram account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant.
Prize:
One (1) Studio Makeover worth CA$5,000 or its equivalent in US Dollars or Euros based on the exchange rate at the time of the announcement of the winner will be awarded. The prize will be sent in cash via bank transfer (for winners in the US and Canada), e-transfer (if the winner is in Canada), or bank transfer (for winners in France). Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winner Selection:
On or about August 1, 2024, the Sponsor will select potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions on all matters relating to this contest are final and binding. The winner is considered a potential winner pending verification of his/her eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. The winner will be announced on August 9, 2024.
Winner Notification:
The potential winners will be notified by email. If a potential winner does not respond within five (5) business days after the notice is sent, the Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from all remaining entries received. If a Canadian resident wins a prize, that individual must also answer correctly within a 5-minute time period a mathematical skill-testing question without the benefit of any calculating devices before the prize will be awarded.
Release and Limitations of Liability:
By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Contest, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the Released Parties) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest.
